What we are

A strictly platonic companionship platform. Every companion and every client completes an 18+ age check — a government ID and a selfie, read by AI, with a person reviewing anything uncertain — before they can message anyone. Companions set their own rates, choose their own bookings, and are paid through the platform — the client's card is charged only after the date has happened. Think of it like hiring a brilliant plus-one, a tour guide, or a professional friend.

What we are not

We are not a dating app, not an escort service, and not a place for anything sexual or romantic. That line is enforced by automated screening on every message, human moderators, and permanent bans — no warnings needed for serious violations. This protects our companions, our clients, and the whole idea.

How we started

Rentadeto is founder-run from Ontario, Canada. We watched millions of people pay for companionship apps, AI girlfriends, and creator subscriptions — while the simplest human thing, great company for real moments, stayed awkward to find. Japan has had rental-family and rental-friend services for more than a decade: people hired, openly, to sit at the wedding table or come along to the thing. We're building that for Canada and the US — with the one difference written down and enforced: strictly platonic, no exceptions — safety-first, honest about money, and warm by design.

You are not charged until after your date. Your card is authorized when you book and charged once the date has happened — never before.
Companions keep 100% of everything they set — the platform fee is charged to clients on top, never out of her price.
We answer reports. Every single one is reviewed by a person.
