Money on Rentadeto is designed to be boring: you always know where it is, and it only moves when it should. This page is the complete set of rules.
Date bookings (virtual and in-person)
Every date is paid at booking and held — not sent to the companion. It is released to them 24 hours after the date ends, unless you open a dispute in that window.
Companion declines your request: nothing is charged at all. A request places a hold on your card, not a charge; if she declines, the hold is released and no money ever moves.
Companion cancels a confirmed date, or doesn't show: automatic 100% refund, including our platform fee.
If you cancel a confirmed date, what she keeps depends on how much notice she gets, because notice is the only thing that decides whether she can fill that slot with someone else:
More than 48 hours before: 100% refund. She has time to rebook.
24 to 48 hours before: 75% refund — she keeps 25%.
2 to 24 hours before: 50% refund — she keeps half.
Under 2 hours before, or you don't show: no refund. She keeps the full amount.
Our platform fee comes back in full at every tier above, including the no-show. We do not keep a fee for a date we did not help happen.
Why it is stepped rather than a single cut-off. A companion who blocks out Saturday evening for you has turned down other work for it. At two days’ notice she can realistically fill it and you should not pay for that. At two hours she cannot, and someone has to carry that loss — it should not be the person who did nothing wrong. A single 24-hour line puts a cancellation at 25 hours and one at 25 minutes in the same bucket, and those are not the same thing.
Things go wrong, and we know that. If you cancel late because of a real emergency, tell us. We would rather hear from you than have you take the hit silently, and a person reads every one of those. Repeated late cancellations are a different matter and are treated as a pattern, not an accident.
Our platform fee comes back with every refund. Every date — virtual or in-person — carries a 20% platform fee on top of the companion's rate, shown all-in before you pay. Any time you are owed money back — including the 50% late-cancellation case, where you get the fee back in full — that fee is returned as well. We don't keep a fee for a date that didn't happen.
Companions who repeatedly cancel confirmed dates are removed from the platform — reliability is part of the job.
Disputes
If a date seriously wasn't what was promised, open a dispute from your dashboard within 24 hours of the date ending. The payout freezes immediately and a human reviews both sides — outcome is a full refund, a partial refund, or a release, and the decision is logged. Disputes are for real problems; abusing the dispute system leads to account removal.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We never ask for gift cards, e-transfers, or any payment outside the platform — anyone who does is breaking our rules; report them.
