If someone
doesn't show up

It happens, and the booking page already knows what to do. This is the rule for a Gaming duo, written out minute by minute.

I bookedI’m the companion

The clock, for both of you

  • “I’m here” opens 15 minutes before the start and counts as a check-in until 30 minutes after it. Tap it on the booking page once you are on the call. The time is ours, not your phone’s.
  • At 30 minutes after the start, if you checked in and the other person never did, you can stop waiting. Say so in the booking chat, then go. There is no button to press online: the check-ins decide it when the booking settles.
  • Until 24 hours after the end the client can report the booking (“Something wasn’t right” on the dashboard), and the companion has 24 hours to give her side. A person decides with the check-in records and the chat in front of them.

The booking page is the record. The booking page on Rentadeto is the record: its chat, both check-ins and any report. Refunds and payouts are decided from it. We can’t see another app, so what happened there counts only as far as the booking chat or a report shows it. Rentadeto doesn't host, see or record the call. A screenshot from another app is a picture we cannot check; a check-in tap and a chat message are not.

If you booked and the companion isn’t there

  1. Tap “I’m here” on the booking page as soon as you are on the call.
  2. Write in the booking chat: where you are waiting (the Discord server, the game lobby, the meeting link) and that you are ready. Keep it in the chat, not in a DM on another app.
  3. Wait until 30 minutes after the start. If she has still not checked in, say in the chat that you are leaving, and leave.
  4. What the payment does: if you checked in and she never did, everything comes back, the fee included, when the booking settles. You do not need to ask. If you want a person to look sooner, report it from the dashboard within 24 hours.
  5. Her record: a companion who does not come to a confirmed booking gets a strike, and 3 in 90 days suspends her account.

If the call itself won’t work (the link is dead, the voice channel is down), that is not a no-show: If the call can’t start or keeps failing, say so in the booking chat while the booking is on. The client then reports it from their dashboard (“Something wasn’t right?”), from the end of the booking until 24 hours after. A person decides from the record: a refund of 100%, 75%, 50% or 25%, or none (the payment goes to the companion).

If you’re the companion and the client isn’t there

  1. Tap “I’m here” on the booking page once you are on the call.
  2. Write in the booking chat where you are and that you are ready.
  3. Wait until 30 minutes after the start. If he has not checked in, say in the chat that you are leaving, and leave.
  4. What the payment does: if you checked in and he never did, you are paid your rate for the booking and the fee goes back to him, when the booking settles. Nothing to file.
  5. His record: a client who does not come gets a no-show mark that counts the same way a strike does.

When a person looks instead

If neither of you checked in, or one of you only after the 30-minute window, nothing moves on its own: a person reads the check-ins and the chat first. A booking one of you ended early follows the early-end rules in the Refund Policy instead, and a companion’s “I felt unsafe” or “The client broke the rules” is never her own no-show.

Don’t

  • Don’t move the conversation to another app to sort it out. The booking chat is the record; a DM elsewhere is not.
  • Don’t pay or accept anything outside Rentadeto to make up for it. A rebooking goes through a booking.
  • Don’t send screenshots from other apps as proof. We cannot see those apps, so we cannot check them. Your check-in and your chat message are what count.
  • Don’t stay on a call that feels wrong because the clock has not run out. End it from the booking page. You owe nobody an explanation.

The money rules in full are in the Refund Policy; what the app does during a booking is in the Safety Center.
