Calls on Discord
and other apps

Where does the call happen?

Each booking is a live call at the time you booked, on an outside app: Discord or the game's own voice chat. The booking, its chat, the check-ins and the report button stay on Rentadeto. Nothing is shipped. If the companion does not show up, you are refunded in full.

Calls happen on Discord or in the game's own voice chat. Rentadeto doesn't host, see or record them.

What do I need to install?

Rentadeto itself runs in your browser. The call happens on an outside app, so you need that one: Discord or the game itself. A gaming duo is a game you both already have, each on your own account.

How do we find each other on the app?

Each of you adds the app and your username on the booking page. The other person sees your username once the booking is accepted. Never share a phone number.

Never share a phone number, WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat, Instagram or an email address. The chat screens for those and flags them for a person.

What do I tap once we are on the call?

“I’m here”, on the booking page. It is accepted from 15 minutes before the start to 30 minutes after, and it is your check-in: the record that you were there. Both of you tap “I’m done” at the end.

Do the rules apply on the other app?

The Community Rules apply on the call wherever it happens: no nudity, no sexual acts or sexual language, and no recording without the other person’s agreement.

The booking page on Rentadeto is the record: its chat, both check-ins and any report. Refunds and payouts are decided from it. We can’t see another app, so what happened there counts only as far as the booking chat or a report shows it.

What if the call doesn’t work?

If the call can’t start or keeps failing, say so in the booking chat while the booking is on. The client then reports it from their dashboard (“Something wasn’t right?”), from the end of the booking until 24 hours after. A person decides from the record: a refund of 100%, 75%, 50% or 25%, or none (the payment goes to the companion).

Can we skip Rentadeto and just use Discord?

No. Arranging a booking or a payment outside Rentadeto is a permanent ban, and a booking made outside has none of our protections: no refund, no no-show pay, no safety desk. The one thing that happens elsewhere is the call itself, on the app the booking names.
