If someone
doesn’t show up
The check-in window, what the money does, and the one page with every number.
What counts as showing up?
Tapping “I’m here” on the booking page once you are on the call, at any time from 15 minutes before the start to 30 minutes after. That tap is the record; there is no “didn’t come” button on an online booking.
I was there and they never came.
If you checked in and the other person never tapped at all, the booking settles as their no-show 24 hours after its end. A client who never came: the companion is paid their full rate and the fee comes back to the client. A companion who never came: everything comes back to the client, fee included, and the companion gets a strike.
Wait until 30 minutes after the start before you give up: the check-in window is still open until then. Say so in the booking chat, and don’t move to another app or another plan.
They came late, or we both missed the window.
If either of you tapped “I’m here” only after the window closed, or neither of you tapped, a person looks before anything moves, and no no-show or strike is recorded on its own. If you tapped “All good”, or one of you ended the booking before the window closed, the early-end rules decide instead.
Where is the full rule?
The no-show page has every number and what the payment does in each case, for clients and for companions. The refund policy has the early-end rules.
