The 18+ age check, screening, the report button, and what we cannot do.

What is the 18+ age check?

A government ID and a short live selfie, read by software, with a person deciding anything unclear. It checks one thing: that you are 18 or over. When a check clears on its own we keep only the result, never the photos; an unclear check is held privately for the reviewer and deleted when they decide.

It is an age check, not a background check. It does not prove a name and it does not vouch for how anyone behaves. Use your own judgement about people, as you would anywhere.

What is screened?

Every message, for sexual content, requests to pay or meet outside Rentadeto, and under-18 signals; flagged messages go to a person. A person reads every companion profile and photo before it first goes live, and listens to every voice intro.

How do I report someone?

There is a report button on every profile, every chat and every booking. Pick a reason (Solicitation (a sexual or romantic request), Asked to move off the platform or pay outside it, Made me feel unsafe, Looks under 18, Said they are under-18, Fake profile / scam, Didn't show up and The call didn't work, or other), say what happened, and the report goes to a person. The person you report is not told who reported them. A report filed during a booking reaches our team the moment it is filed.

You can also block a member from their profile or the chat; a blocked member can never reach you again.

What is the SOS button?

On the booking page from 15 minutes before the start to 30 minutes after the end: one tap can call 911, email your trusted contact (set one on Account), or alert our team at once. Rentadeto is not an emergency service: if anyone is in danger, call 911 first.

What happens to someone who breaks the rules?

Bookings are for games, conversation and company on a call. Sexual, romantic and physical-contact services are not allowed, in any form. A client’s first sexual or romantic request is a warning and a strike; asking again, asking several companions or offering money is a permanent ban. Offering or arranging anything sexual for money, or arranging a booking or a payment outside Rentadeto, is a permanent ban at once. 3 strikes in 90 days suspends an account until a person has looked.

What can’t you do?

We can’t see the call. It happens on Discord or in the game, and what happened there counts only as far as the booking chat or a report shows it. We are not an insurer: a refund decision can be full, partial or none, from the record. And an age check is not a background check.
